I really don’t want to jinx things, but I’m thinking I’d really hate to be one of the guys from the National Hurricane Center who put out the “this season will be worse than last season” estimate.
I was following the forecast discussions on the NHC website and you could tell that they were flummoxed as to why the storm wasn’t intensifying, even when conditions were favorable for development…
